We aim to process claims within 5 business days. Time may vary depending on the type of loss and how long it takes to investigate your claim.
To speed up your claim processing time, make sure you:
- Upload the last 18 months of your pet's medical history including vet notes into the Member Portal. Need help?
- Submit an itemized invoice including veterinary description and notes. You may need to request the medical notes from your pet's vet. Make sure there is nothing obstructing the itemized invoice (ex: the receipt should be a separate file not on top of the invoice).
- Submit the receipt showing payment.
