How do I submit my pet's medical records?

In order to process your initial claim, you will need to send us the last 18 months of your pet's medical records. This includes all check-ups, office visits, vaccinations records, lab results, x-rays, and detailed notes your vet logs after each time your pet goes in for a visit. You will likely need to request this information from your vet. 

How to upload medical documents

1. Log into your Odie Member Account from any device.
2. Select Pet Profile from the menu bar.
   
3. Navigate to Medical Documents and Add Document.
   
4. Upload your files and click Upload.
   
5. To view you documents, locate the file and click View.
