How do I check the status of my claim?

What happens after you submit a claim.

After your claim has been submitted, we will review the invoice(s) along with any supporting documents.  We aim to process claims within 5 business days. If more information is needed, we will reach out to your vet directly. Please note, this may delay the processing time.

You will receive an email once your claim has been completed. To view the results, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into the Odie Member Portal at any time.
  2. Select Claims in the dashboard or menu bar.
  3. Locate the claim you'd wish to view. Click View Details.
  4. You may view the results at the bottom of the details page.

If you experience any difficulties, please contact our Happiness Squad and they can assist you with your claim.
