- Go to GetOdie.com.
- Click on Get a Quote on any page.
- Enter your pet's information then click Next.
- Enter the contact of information of the primary pet owner, then click Next.
- Choose your Annual Limit. This is the maximum dollar amount your insurance plan will pay toward covered claims once your deductible has been met and subject to the reimbursement percentage. The limit resets each year. If you feel like your pet will need more coverage later on, we recommend the next tier up as this cannot be increased at renewal.
- Choose your Annual Deductible. This is the amount you will pay out of pocket before your insurance limit kicks in. The deductible resets each year. This can be increased or decreased at the annual renewal.
- Choose your Reimbursement percentage. This is the reimbursement percentage you will receive for covered claims once your annual deductible has been met. This can be increased or decreased at the annual renewal.
- Add on any Extra Coverages your pet may need, then click Checkout. If you feel like your pet will need more coverage later on, we recommend adding the benefit as this cannot be added at renewal.
- Choose an optional Routine Care plan. You can add a Routine Care plan at any time, however if you decide to remove the plan you must also cancel the base policy and Routine Care may not be added to a new plan for 12 months.
- Review your application information and policy coverage information, then click Purchase Now.
- Your Information - Please fill out the information for the main policyholder. Any notices and claims reimbursements will be made out to this person.
- Order Summary - Review your pet's information, plan coverage, policy effective date, and waiting periods.
- Payment Method - This payment method will be charged automatically on your bill date.
- Term Agreements - In order to purchase coverage you must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Electronic Delivery Terms. You must also agree to the pre-existing conditions exclusion.
- You're all set! Once purchased, give us 10-15 minutes to generate your account and policy information. You will be emailed instructions on how to log on to the Member Portal to view policy documents, manage pets, submit claims and more!
